  Ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier pickup.

  Once the items arrive back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the goods to ensure they meet our return condition standards.

  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding initial delivery fees.
